- Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, and contracting with any professional
5. Professional Listings
Professionals listed on the Site have completed our application and review process. However, inclusion in the network does not constitute a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of quality, reliability, licensing status, insurance coverage, or results. We encourage all users to independently verify credentials before engaging any professional.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of I Know A Guy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
